Sourdough Pizza Dough
Chewy, flavorful pizza crust with that distinctive sourdough tang. Once you try this, you'll never go back to regular pizza dough.
Ingredients
- 300g bread flour
- 180g water
- 60g active sourdough starter
- 8g salt
- 10g olive oil
Instructions

Mix flour, water, and starter. Rest 30 minutes.

Add salt and olive oil, knead until smooth.

Stretch and fold 2-3 times over 2 hours.

Bulk ferment 6-10 hours until doubled.

Divide and shape into balls, rest 30 minutes.

Stretch dough thin by hand (don't use a rolling pin).
