Ingredients
  • 3 very ripe bananas, mashed
  • 100g sourdough discard
  • 120g brown butter, cooled
  • 150g brown sugar
  • 2 eggs
  • 1 tsp vanilla
  • 200g flour
  • 1 tsp baking soda
  • 1 tsp salt
Steps

    Whisk wet ingredients. Fold in dry. Don't overmix.

    Pour into oiled 9x5 loaf pan.

  3. 03

    Bake at 350°F for 55-65 min, until skewer is clean.

  4. 04

    Cool 20 min in pan, then slide out and finish cooling.
