Ingredients
- 200g discard
- 30g olive oil
- 60g whole wheat flour
- 1 tsp salt
- Toppings: flaky salt, rosemary, sesame
Steps

Mix all into a soft dough. Rest 10 min.

Roll between parchment paper to ⅛ inch thick.

Brush with olive oil, sprinkle toppings. Score lightly into rectangles.

Bake at 350°F for 22-28 minutes until golden and crisp.
