  • 80g active starter
  • 400g warm water
  • 500g bread flour
  • 10g salt
  • Good olive oil + flaky salt to finish

    Mix everything before bed. Cover. Leave on counter.

    Morning: oil a half-sheet pan generously. Pour dough in.

  3. 03

    Dimple with oiled fingers. Top with olive oil, flaky salt, rosemary.

  4. 04

    Rest 30 min. Bake at 450°F for 22-25 min until deep golden.
