Ingredients
  • 100g starter
  • 300g milk + 50g water
  • 30g honey
  • 30g butter, melted
  • 300g whole wheat flour
  • 200g bread flour
  • 10g salt
Steps
  1. 01

    Mix everything. Bulk 5-6 hr.

  2. 02

    Shape into a log, place in oiled 9x5 loaf pan.

  3. 03

    Cold proof overnight or rise 2 hours room temp.

  4. 04

    Bake at 375°F for 38-42 min, until 200°F internal.
